CHRISTIAN POEMS
Whilst my faith is not the reason that I write poetry, it is automatically a part of it because poetry is personal and obviously therefore led by the thoughts, feelings and beliefs of the poet. I don’t deny my Christian faith, or intend to keep it separate from my poetry, as it is a part of my whole being and nature, but I do deliberately categorise my Christian poems separately so that my website can be used educationally too. These are therefore the same poems that are accessed via the CHRISTIAN PAGE, and the CHRISTIAN POEMS category and they are simply duplicated here to be able to find them easier.
The Tapestry of Life was started
At the dawn of time.
Within the pattern, even then,
God saved a place for mine.
With every stitch the picture grew
While crafted from above,
And as God wove each new thread in

With the summer fruits of love,
Should gratefully be savoured
