Baked beans

Silly Poems

This is simply a silly food poem which uses the expectation of the potential rhyming word to cause the amusement, leaving the author guilt free and the reader to blame for their own mischievous mindset!

I know that baked beans are good for your heart
But I do not eat them as they make me far t……….oo excitable.

They’re easy and cheap to cook: that’s just for starters…..
When eating them often, we can become far t……….oo lazy.

My dad ate a tin to himself, then departed
We noticed, when he walked away, that he’d far t…….oo much to carry.

My friend eats them cold, and straight out of the tin!
Well, what can I say, but he’s always far t……..oo silly!

Now I don’t eat beans, and especially not tinned:
I have to face facts that they just give me ……..wind!
