Don’t Give Up

Today, a tear hit my pillow,
A heaven-sent one from above
Falling, as God held His arms out
Longing to show you His love.

He loves you as you’re His creation.
You’re precious; He wants you to know.
So now, in your time of great hardship
He’s begging you “Please, don’t let go!”

He loves you, so always remember
You’re perfect in Jesus’s sight
He’s with you; He’ll help build your future
And turn all your darkness to light.
