My Prayer For You

I said a prayer for you today;
I hope that you don’t mind.
I asked the Lord to show you
What it is you need to find.

I asked that He would give you
His special helping hand,
For nothing is too difficult
For Him to understand.

I prayed that He would be with you
And make His presence clear.
I asked that He’d be real to you
So you could feel Him near.

So if you feel you’re able
Reach out to Him today,
And meanwhile I’ll continue to
Uphold you when I pray.
