Just a fun animal poem, written with my usual, childish immaturity!
One day I stood under a tree
And there I saw a chimpanzee
Resting on a branch above my head.
Oh how I wish that he
Could have simply said to me
That he’d rather have some privacy instead.
For I thought that I felt rain:
I’d no reason to complain
Till I noticed that the awful chimpanzee
Had invented a new game
Which involved him taking aim,
As he tiddled on his target – which was me!
